Does HOMEWARD provide home health aides or nursing care?
HOMEWARD is a planning, navigation and coordination service. When a family needs licensed home-care or clinical services, HOMEWARD helps the family identify appropriate independent providers rather than representing itself as the licensed provider.
Do we have to join a monthly plan?
No. The $299 HOMEWARD Assessment stands on its own. Your family receives a plan and can choose whether ongoing coordination would be useful.

HOMEWARD initially serves families across Erie and Niagara Counties in Western New York.
Is HOMEWARD an emergency service?
No. HOMEWARD operates during business hours. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911. Families with an immediate medical concern should contact the appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
